Terms, Privacy & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to bookings made through Info India for activities, car transfers, sightseeing support, and related travel services in Andaman.

1. Booking Terms

Bookings are subject to availability, operational feasibility, weather conditions, government rules, ferry/jetty movement, vendor confirmation, and payment status.

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and the booking status is updated by the system or operations team.

Customers must provide accurate name, mobile number, travel date, passenger count, pickup details, and service selection. Incorrect details may affect service delivery.

2. Payments

Online payments are processed through the payment gateway shown at checkout. We do not store card, UPI, or banking details on our website.

For advance payment bookings, the remaining balance must be paid as instructed on the booking page or by the operations team.

If payment is deducted but the booking still shows pending, customers should not make a duplicate payment immediately. Contact support with the Booking ID and mobile number.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be raised through support. Online self-cancellation may not be available for all bookings.

Refund eligibility depends on service type, vendor policy, cancellation timing, weather conditions, operational status, and whether the service has already been arranged or used.

For activities affected by unsafe weather, operational restrictions, or vendor cancellation, the customer may be offered rescheduling, alternative service, or refund as applicable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Refund timelines depend on bank/payment-gateway processing time.

No refund is guaranteed for no-show, incorrect reporting location, late arrival, wrong customer details, or customer-side cancellation after vendor/service confirmation.

4. Service Changes

Service timing, pickup details, activity slot, vehicle assignment, and route planning may be adjusted for operational reasons.

For car and transfer bookings, scheduling may be coordinated after booking confirmation based on ferry timing, arrival details, hotel location, and local conditions.

For activity bookings, slot availability and safety rules must be followed. One booking must fit into the selected available slot capacity.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information required to process and support bookings, such as customer name, mobile number, booking details, travel date, passenger count, pickup details, and payment references.

We use customer information for booking confirmation, payment verification, operational coordination, customer support, receipts, and service delivery.

We do not sell customer personal information. Booking information may be shared only with required operational partners, vendors, payment gateway, or support team for completing the service.

Payment details such as card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking password are not stored by Info India.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must check booking details carefully before payment and must carry any required ID, permits, tickets, or travel documents where applicable.

Customers must follow safety instructions, reporting time, vendor instructions, and local rules during activities, transfers, ferry movement, and sightseeing.

Customers are responsible for providing correct mobile number and being reachable for booking coordination.
